RECOGNITION PROGRAM
 CBED will host the 16th Annual CBED Business Recognition Breakfast Program on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. at the Sheraton Columbia, Columbia, MD. The annual program recognizes outstanding business leaders in the Howard County community and their achievements in the area of equal business opportunity. The program also is the venue for awarding two scholarships: Howard County General Hospital Rising Business Star Scholarship and the Howard County Chamber of Commerce Earl H. Saunders Entrepreneurial Scholarship.
