AWARDS
 On April 21, 2009 at 7:30 a.m., CBED hosted the 15th Annual Awards Program at Ten Oaks Ballroom. The annual awards program recognizes outstanding business leaders in the Howard County community and their achievements in the area of equal business opportunity and awards two scholarships, the Howard County General Hospital Rising Business Star Scholarship and the Howard County Chamber of Commerc Earl H. Saunders Entrepreneurial Scholarship. All nominees and the honoree in each category were announced at the event.
