HCEDA Board of Directors

Board of Directors meeting is generally  held every third Thursday of the month at 8:00 a.m.  Location to be announced on Agenda.

Incentives Committee meeting is general held every first Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m. at 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Suite 500, Columbia, MD.

The Howard County Economic Development Authority reports to a private-sector-led Board of Directors. The Board has fiduciary oversight and is responsible for strategic direction of the HCEDA. The Board meets monthly to review HCEDA financials and progress. Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month.

We are fortunate to have a strong Board of Directors who support the mission of the HCEDA and assist in executing on the vision set forth by the organizations Strategic Plan. The Board also acts as strong advocates for the continued growth of Howard County’s business community. Several committee members are also responsible for chairing  committees that focus on key areas of interest including:

  • Executive Committee
  • Governance Committee
  • Incentives Committee
  • Strategic Planning Committee
